摘要
建立了一种快速、简捷、经济、准确的高效液相色谱方法测定水性涂料或乳液中甲醛含量。前处理采用溶剂直接溶解,低温离心或过滤,取适量上清液与2,4-二硝基苯肼衍生后进行液相色谱分析。该方法测定甲醛的检出限为0.012μg/L,回收率为95%~105%,相对标准偏差小于2%,在0.05~5 mg.L-1线性范围内,相关系数R2为0.9999。
A method for determination of formaldehyde in water-based coating or latex by HPLC was developed as it was rapid,convenient,economic and accurately.The samples were dissolved by appropriate solution,filtered or precipitated by the centrifuge,and derivatived with 2,4-DNPH.The detection limit was 0.012μg/L,recovery was 95%~105%,and the RSD was less than 2%.The method showed good linear correlation,R2 was 0.9999 at the range of 0.05~5mg/L^-1.
