四氟苯甲酸反相高效液相色谱法分离条件的探索 被引量:4

摘要 研究了含氟有机酸的高效液相色谱分析方法,应用反相C18色谱柱,以15%甲醇/85%(20mmol/L KH2PO4缓冲溶液pH=2.3)为流动相,流速为1.0mL/min,紫外检测波长276nm。探索了流动相的选择,并考察了此方法的线性关系,回归方程及相对标准偏差,实验表明,在选定色谱条件下,此方法能较好地解决四氟苯甲酸的定量分析问题。 The HPLC method for the determination of tetrafluorobenzyl acid was studied.Analytical conditions involved were as follows: using a ODS-C18 reversed-phase chromatography column,with a mobile phase of 15% methanol and 85%(20mmol/L KH2PO4,pH=2.3)(by vol),and the flow rate of 1.0mL/min.Wavelength of the UV detector was 276nm.The mobile phase choice was studied,at the same time,the linear correlation,the variation coefficient,the standard deviation and the recovery rate of the method were studied also.Under the given conditions,the quantitatively determination of tertrafluorobenzoic acid can be easily realized.
