摘要
介绍了某炼厂催化CO余热锅炉尾部受热面前次改造偏保守,目前装置基本满负荷运行,尾部受热面显得有些偏小。另外,当时水热媒系统设置了热水循环泵,现随技术进步,同样的水热媒系统可以取消该热水循环泵,简化操作,降低装置动力消耗。结合实际工况进行改造,通过合理的选型和工艺流程改动等措施,使该改造达到预期的效果。
A refinery catalytic CO waste heat boiler heating tail was introduced,and the equipment was basic operating at full capacity,and tail device heating appearing some small.In addition,when water HTM system set up hot water circulating pump,with technical progress,the same water HTM system can cancel the hot water circulating pumps,simplify the operation,and reduce device power consumption.Combined with the actual working condition,through the reasonable selection and process changes,the reform measures achieved the desired effect.
