提升法在提升管反应器更换中的应用

Application of Flip-law in the Replacement of Riser Reactor

采用倒装提升法同时应用卷扬机及滑轮组将提升管反应器改造更换一部分,增加第二反应区及外循环管,对提升管更换前的加固、拆除和安装的方法进行了阐述。

Applying flip-law,winch and pnlly block,some parts of the risier reactor were improved.Adding the secend reaction zone and outer loop,the reinfarcement,rerfoval and insta llation methods of replacement tube were introduced.
