摘要
目的探讨脑转移瘤ＭＲＩ表现的特点和规律。方法用ＲＸ５００００．３８Ｔ常导型磁共振诊断仪分析１１２例脑部转移瘤，Ｔ１ＷＩ、Ｔ２ＷＩ三维成像及Ｇｄ－ＤＴＰＡ增强扫描。结果Ｔ１ＷＩ低信号６４．３％，Ｔ２ＷＩ高信号７５．９％，增强后均有不同程度强化。结论ＭＲＩ三维成像加Ｇｄ－ＤＴＰＡ增强对脑转移瘤的检出有较高的敏感性和特异性。
Objective To make out the characteristic features of MRI findings in brain metastasis. Methods 112 cases of brain metastasis were studied by a RX5000 resistant 0.38T MR unit.MR imaging sequences included T1WI, T2WI and Gd DTPA contrast T1WI. Results 72 cases (64.3%) showed low signal intensity on T1WI.85 cases (75.9%) showed high signal intensity on T2WI.There were various degrees and types of enchancement after Gd DTPA injection.Conclusion MR imaging and Gd DTPA contrast have high sensitivity and specialty in the diagnosis of brain metastasis.
