摘要
往复式压缩机作为石化类装置的核心机组,它的一次事故停机可能导致损失超过千万元,提高往复式压缩机运行的可靠性,已成为制造商、工程公司和用户的重要课题。针对轴瓦失效问题,从失效的形式,引起轴瓦失效的原因入手,提出了如何避免轴瓦失效或及时解决由轴瓦失效引起的压缩机事故,从而提高往复式压缩机运行的可靠性,进而保证装置的稳定运行。
Reciprocal compressor is a core unit of a petrochemical plant.Its emergency shutdown may cause over ten million RMB loss.Thus it is an important task for the manufacture,engineering company and user to increase the reliability of reciprocal compressor operation.According to the bushing failure problems,and based on the type of failure,and cause of bushing failure,how to avoid bushing failure,and handle compressor incident due to bushing failure is proposed,so as to increase the reliability of the reciprocal compressor operation,and further ensure stable operation of the plant.
