摘要
从输送管道的材料、补气方式和供气管路布置三个方面对气力输送中的耗能进行分析,提出了超高分子量聚乙烯管的节能效果较好,并分析了非可控旁通管、可控旁通管和双辅管三种补气方式的耗能机理,以及供气管道的布置对能耗的影响。
The energy consumption during pneumatic conveying is analyzed in three aspects:material of construction of the conveying pipe,air makeup method,and air supply pipe layout.It is proposed that ultra high molecular weight polyethylene pipe offers better energy conservation effect.The energy consumption mechanism of three air makeup methods:non-controllable by-pass pipe,controllable by-pass pipe and by-pass double pipe is analyzed,as well as the influence by air supply pipe layout on the energy consumption.
