摘要
采用自动凯氏定氮仪测定高塔尿基复合肥中的氮含量,通过实验得出含氮量50~100mg的复合肥样品消化时硫酸的最佳加入量为10~15mL,并通过测定分析尿素的氮含量、测定高塔尿基复合肥中氮含量的精密度实验、加标回收率实验检验了该方法的准确性。
Automatic Kjeldahl nitrogen analyzer is used to determine the nitrogen content in urea-based compound fertilizer by tower granulation.Through test,the optimum charging volume of concentrated sulfuric acid for digestion is 10~15 mL.And through the precision test for determination and analysis of nitrogen content in pure urea,determination of nitrogen content in urea-based compound fertilizer by tower granulation,and test of standard recovery rate,it verifies the accuracy of this method.
