摘要
目的提高对重度肾积水的诊断及治疗认识。方法３０例重度肾积水患者，首选Ｂ超、肾图、ＩＶＵ、ＣＴ等检查确诊后，１８例选择相应的保肾手术。结果术后１８例患者保存的肾功能均得到不同程度恢复。结论如果术前对肾功能恢复的可能性作出正确判断，重度肾积水施行保肾手术是可能的。
Objective To raise the statue of diagnosis and treatment of serious hydronephrosis.Methods 30 patients with serious hydronephrosis were diagnosed by ultrasound,renal images,IVU,CT etc.and the selective preserving renal operations were performed on 18 cases of those patients.Results The recovery of renal function were observed to a certain degree in 18 cases.Conclusion If the possibility of recovering renal function could be determined before operation,the selective preserving renal operation could be performed on the patients with serious hydronephrosis.
