超前支护在矿山生产开拓中的实践应用

Practical Application of Advance Timbering in Mine's Production and Development

介绍了我公司勐糯铅锌矿在平巷、盲斜井等开拓工程施工过程中,遇断层、破碎带时采用超前支护的手段,收到了良好效果。现代矿山企业都把"安全第一,预防为主"作为安全生产指导方针。在矿山井巷施工中,不可避免地会遇到不良工程地质条件,因此,施工中采用超前支护,既能保证施工人员的安全,又能避免因工程改道而造成的工期延误或者工程报废的不良后果,因而达到了生产中"以人为本、构建和谐企业",降低成本的宗旨。

The advance timbering is applied to the development operation such as level workings and blind inclines when encountering fault and fracture zone at Mengnuo Lead Zinc Mine,which is validated to obtain good results.＂Safety first,precaution crucial＂is regarded as the guideline of safety production for the modern mining enterprises.Because of some inevitable bad engineering geological conditions in mine＇s shaft sinking and drifting,the adoption of the advance timbering can not only ensure constructors＇ safety,but also avoid such adverse outcomes as delay of construction period or scrapped project caused by the engineering diversion so as to achieve the aim of＂People oriented,building a harmonious enterprise＂and cost reduction in production.
