摘要
某冶炼厂在实践中摸索出了一套氧化锌矿直接浸出的工艺流程,其主要通过控制浸出时溶液中较低的酸度,约0.5g/L,使Zn能顺利溶出,浸出达85%以上。同时阻止了大量的硅、铁进入溶液,为后续工序创造了良好的介质条件。该工艺流程短,适应性强,简化了生产技术管理,对铅锌矿的全面开发具有重要的意义。
A set of direct leaching technological flow of zinc oxide ore has been developed by a smelter in practices.By controlling lower acidity(about 0.5g/L)in liquor,Zn can be dissolved out favorably,and the leaching yield of zinc oxide was above 85%.Besides,a great deal silicon and iron were prevented from entering into liquor,which created good medium condition for subsequent procedures.The short-flow and adaptable process which simplified production management has important meaning for full development of lead and zinc ore.
