摘要
企业绩效考核是企业管理活动中不可或缺的一环,但绩效考核效果在具体的实施中却并不理想。本文旨在分析绩效考核低效的原因,并提出相应的对策和建议,帮助企业建立高效的绩效考核制度。
Enterprise's performance assessment is an indispensable link in its management activities,but its effect is not good in concrete implement.This paper is aimed at analysis on the reasons for low effective performance assessments,and corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to help enterprises set up high effective system for performance assessments.
