摘要
为了提高城市警卫工作的效率,探索出了一种基于TerraDeveloper的C/S结构的三维城市警卫信息系统解决方案,该方案在完成潍坊三维城市建模的基础上,针对城市警卫任务的业务实际,设计并实现了涵盖总局服务器端的任务管理、现场、住地和行程线路管理实施方案、定制行程、自动生成警力点、查询分析、警力分配与统计、辅助工具等模块,以及分局客户端警员安排等模块。该方案改善了传统的二维GIS管理系统模式,达到了在三维虚拟环境中辅助警卫任务管理的目标。
In order to improve the efficiency of urban guarding work,a C/S structural and three-dimensional urban guard information system was developed based on TerraDeveloper.The system was implemented in Weifang city.This solution covers the modules at server site such as safeguard mission management module,site visited,residence and trip route management implementation schedule,automatically generated police points module,inquiry analysis module,and police distribution and statistic module,auxiliary tools,etc.In addition,police arrangement module was built at sub-bureau clients.All functions in each module were implemented in c# programming environment.Traditional two-dimensional GIS management system mode was improved by this solution.The goal of guard mission management in 3d virtual environments is achieved.
