摘要
以碱地风毛菊(Saussurea runcinata)为试验材料,在苗期以溶度为0、60、120、180、240、300和360 mmol/L的NaCl和Na2SO4进行胁迫处理,对叶片和根系脯氨酸、丙二醛、可溶性糖和可溶性蛋白含量等耐盐生理指标进行了测定,以探讨盐胁迫对碱地风毛菊苗期生理特性的影响。结果表明:在300 mmol/L的盐浓度胁迫时碱地风毛菊苗期的渗透调节能力最强,碱地风毛菊对NaCl的适应能力大于Na2SO4,根系的耐盐能力大于叶片。
Content of proline,malondialdehyde,soluble sugar and soluble protein of Saussurea runcinata leaves and roots were detected under different levels of salinity(0,60,120,180,240,300 and 360 mmol/L NaCl and Na2SO4)to investigate the effects of salinity stress on the physiological characteristics of Saussurea runcinata.The results showed that the strongest ability of osmotic adjustment was occurent at 300 mmol/L salinity stress.The adapation of Saussurea runcinata seeding to NaCl was higher than to Na2SO4 stress.
