摘要
以凌志高羊茅为试验材料,研究在高温胁迫下喷施SA,6-BA和H2O2对其生理生态指标及耐热性的影响。结果表明:(1)喷施6-BA,SA及H2O2对高羊茅草坪草的生态性状有显著的影响,他们都不同程度地减轻了高温胁迫对高羊茅草坪草的伤害;(2)浓度为0.1 mmol/L的SA比浓度为0.5mmol/L和1.0 mmol/L的SA能更有效地减轻高羊茅草坪草由于高温胁迫导致的伤害;(3)浓度为0.01 mmol/L的6-BA在所有处理中效果最好,使得高羊茅草坪草的叶色、质地、盖度、均一性、生长速度、叶绿素含量和净光合速率都明显优于其他种类及浓度的喷施方式;(4)H2O2对提高高羊茅草坪草的抗热性相比另外两种物质并不明显;(5)喷施SA,6-BA和H2O2对高温胁迫下高羊茅光合速率的提高有很大作用。
Effects of different hormones levels on physiological and ecological indicators of Festuca arundinacea cv.Barlexas were studied under high temperature stress by spraying different concentrations of SA,6-BA and H2O2.The results showed that ecological traits of Festuca arundinacea cv.Barlexas were affected by spraying 6-BA,SA,and H2O2,which reduced the harm under high temperature stress.0.1 mmol/L SA was better than the other concentration of SA,so it more effectively reduced turfgrass injury caused by high temperature stress;and 0.01 mmol/L 6-BA treatment was the best concentration to color,texture,coverage,uniformity,growth rate,chlorophyll content and net photosynthetic rate of Festuca arundinacea cv.Barlexas.The effect of H2O2 for improving heat tolerance of Festuca arundinacea cv.Barlexas was not obvious compared to SA and 6-BA.spraying SA,6-BA and H2O2 under high temperature stress plays a significant role in the improvement of the photosynthetic rate of Festuca arundinacea cv.Barlexas.
