摘要
针对传统引信隔爆机构动作单方向、一次性,动作可靠性无法检测的问题,提出了在安全和解除保险机构中采用步进电机来驱动隔爆转子,并通过机械触点和开关盘来实现机构的部分可逆检测,试验表明该设计环境适应性好,安全性和工作可靠性高,适用于低发射过载、外形尺寸较大的导弹引信。
Traditional fuze interrupter mechanism is of one-way moving,one-off using,and the action reliability of which cannot be tested.A method of using step motor to actuate the interrupter rotor and realize the SA partly reversing test through mechanical joint point and switch disk was put forward in this paper.Experimental results showed that the design had good environment adaptability,security,reliability,and could be applied to missile fuze of low launch overloading and bigger size shape.
