摘要
以台山电厂2×1000MW超超临界压力直流锅炉为例,在学习SA-213-T23钢产生再热裂纹原因的基础上,根据锅炉的设计特点,制定与之相适应的焊接与安装工艺,减少或避免T23钢因焊接产生再热裂纹而发生水冷壁管的泄漏事故。
With the two 1000 MW ultra supercritical pressure once-through boilers of Taishan Power Plant for example, and based on studying the reasons for reheat crack in SA-213-T23 steel, corresponding welding and installing procedures are formulated according to the design features of the boilers, thus reducing or avoiding water wall tube leakage due to the welding-caused reheat cracks of T23 steel.
