摘要
目的评价五种治疗肺炎用药方案的成本效果。方法收集肺炎病例211例,按用药方案不同分为A、B、C、D、E五组,观察各组疗效并进行成本效果分析。结果各组治愈率和不良反应发生率之间比较均无显著性差异(P>0.05);成本效果比分别为10.5,10.9,12.3,13.7,20.8。结论 A组方案治疗肺炎较佳。
Objective To evaluate the cost-effectiveness of five regimens of antibacterial drug therapy in the treatment of bacterial pneumonia.Methods 211 pneumonia were gathered-who were divided into A group,B group,C group,D group and E group according to therapeutic regimens,the therapeutic effects and the cost-efectiveness analysis were observed.Results There is no serious operation between the rate recovery and adverse reaction（P0.05）,and the Cost-effectiveness ratios were 10.5,10.9,12.3,13.7 and 20.8.Conclusion The regimen of group A is the optimal one among the 5 groups for pnemonia.
