摘要
目的通过检测急性心肌梗死(acute myocardial infarction,AMI)患者溶栓前血清C-反应蛋白(C-reactive protein,CRP),探讨CRP与溶栓效果的相关性。方法血清CRP的检测采用免疫透射比浊法,检测了80例AMI患者溶栓前血清CRP水平。分为CRP正常组与升高组,溶栓治疗后观察血管再通指标。结果 AMI患者溶栓前血清CRP水平升高组再通率为62.21%,CRP正常组为84.72%,两组患者并发症CRP正常组明显低于CRP升高组(P<0.05)。结论动态检测AMI患者溶栓前血清CRP水平变化,有利于溶栓疗效观察、指导治疗及预后判断。
Objective To evaluate the clinical significance on the level of serum C-reactive protein（CRP） before and after thrombolysis in the patients with acute myocardial infarction（AMI）.Methods The level of serum CRP in 80 patients was checked out and devided into two groups：CRP normal group and CRP heighten group.The target of successful thrombolysis was observed.Results The recanalization rate was 62.21% on CRP heighten group and recanalization rate was 84.72% on CRP normal group（P0.05）.Conclusion It plays a important role to serially determine the changes of serum CRP in patients with AMI before and after thrombolysis in guiding treatment and estimating prognosis.
