摘要
对138例留置导尿患者进行了预见性护理,效果良好,有效的减少了并发症的发生。临床护理中提高护理人员的素质和护理操作技能,重视宣教,重视手卫生,遵守操作规程,严格执行无菌技术,保持尿液引流通畅,保持会阴部清洁、尿道口相对无菌,避免不必要膀胱冲洗,严格控制导尿管留置时间,能有效地预防留置导尿并发症,并在护理实践中广泛应用。
We have carried on foresighted nursing to 138 example catheterization patient,the effect is good,effectively reduce the incidence of complications.In clinical nursing improves nursing staff′s quality and the nursing operation skill,emphasis on health education,emphasis on hand hygiene,to comply with operating rules,strict execution asepsis technology,maintain the smooth drainage of urine,to keep the perineum clean and the urethral meatus relative asepsis,to avoid unnecessary bladder washing,strict control catheterization pipe retention time,can effective in preventing complications of catheterization,and widely used in nursing practice.
