摘要
法治作为一种治国方略,能够为实现和谐社会设计良好的规则和制度。当前我国在法治建设方面仍存在着诸多与和谐社会构建不相协调的因素。克服和解决这些问题,可进一步健全我国的法治机制,为构建和谐社会奠定法治基础。
Rule of law plays an important role in the construction of harmonious society. It prepares for good rules for construction of harmonious society. But developing rule of law in china appears many disharmonies. It becomes an extremely difficult task to keep on clearing up these disharmonies and perfect rule of law system.
