基于供需平衡的耕地保护分区研究——以云南省保山市为例

A Research in Arable Land Protection Division Based on Balance Between Supply and Demand: with Baoshan of Yunnan Province as the Example

耕地保护研究作为土地利用总体规划中的一项重要内容,其首要目的在于确保人们对粮食的需求,保证粮食安全。在对保山市耕地进行供需平衡分析并确定保护规模的基础上,采用模糊聚类和综合分析相结合的方法,对其耕地进行地域分区研究,并提出区域耕地利用和保护措施,为保山市耕地资源可持续利用及新一轮土地利用总体规划提供依据。

As an important element in land use planning, the primary purpose of farmland protection is to meet people＇s needs for food and ensure food security. Through analysis of the balance between farmland supply and demand and the protection scale of farmland in Baoshan, the paper combined comprehensive analysis with fuzzy clustering methods to study the regional division of the arable land in the area and suggested measures in application and protection. It provides the basis for sustainable farmland use as well as overall planning of rotational land use in Baoshan.
