多晶硅产业政策研究

On Industrial Policy of Polycrystalline Silicon

主要论述了目前我国多晶硅产业规模迅速扩大、技术取得突破性进展且节能减排成果显著的发展现状,同时指出了多晶硅产业发展中存在着产业准入门槛低、产业结构亟待优化升级和国际交流薄弱等问题,最后提出了制定产业准入条件、优化产业布局、扶持优势企业发展等多晶硅产业发展的政策建议。

The technology of polycrystalline silicon in China has be made breakthrough progress, and the result of energy conservation is obvious. But problems as low barriers to entry, unreasonable industrial structure and weak international communication exist in the industry. Recommendations to set conditions for access, optimize industrial distribution and support the development of enterprises in polycrystalline silicon industry were made.
