中国高等师范院校校(院)长教育背景考察——以教育学者为中心

A Survey of Presidents’ Education Background in China’s Teachers Colleges

本文考察过去将近100年里,中国高等师范院校校长的教育背景变化概况。考察依据时间顺序划成四个时期分段进行并有前后比较。在1950年前的两个时期里关注的重点是这些校(院)长留学地域的转移,1950年后的第三期关注的是学历层次的变化。此外,本文贯穿始终的考察点是教育学者担任高师校长的情况,与此相关的分析对象不仅限于中国大陆,还包括了1949年从大陆赴台的大学校长群体。

This article attempts to comparatively investigate presidents’ education background of China’s normal universities and colleges in four phases from 1912 to 2008.It focuses on the survey of the presidents’ overseas study in varied corners of the world in the first two phases before 1950,and on the investigation of their disparities in educational degrees in the third period after 1950.It involves not only scholar headmasters in the mainland,but also those transferred to Taiwan in 1949.
