摘要
数学内容的组织是有效教学的必要条件。教师对数学内容的再组织可以确定教学策略、教学重点、消除学生的误解。学生对数学内容的组织可以增强理解数学知识的动力,简化认知结构,促进记忆,减少记忆量,促进迁移,学会学习。教师积累数学内容组织知识的途径,有自己的教学经验和反思,有组织的专业活动,和同事的日常交流,在职培训,阅读专业书刊等。
Mathematic content re-organization,an effective teaching model,helps determine teaching strategies and highlights,and eliminate students’ misconception.It is of great value to motivate students’ interpretation of significant mathematical knowledge,simplify their cognitive structure as an impetus for memory,reduce memory capacity to promote positive transfer,and learn to learn.To effectively organize math contents,instructors are required to enrich their approaches,experience and reflections,professional activities,inter-colleague interaction,job training,professional reading,etc.
