摘要
目的探讨兔晶状体培养及其体外生长情况,试图找到一种简便、易行的实验方法。方法对40只兔晶状体分3组进行体外培养。对生长3,5,7天的3组兔晶状体分别观察,并将其前囊制成透射电镜标本,对其上皮细胞的超微结构进行观察。结果3组晶状体清澈透明,无混浊,表现出较强的生长特性。透射电镜表明:兔晶状体上皮细胞随分布部位不同而形态各异。胞浆内含大量线粒体、内质网等细胞器,3组细胞内部结构无明显差异。结论晶状体培养较晶状体上皮细胞培养更简便易行,值得推广应用。
ObjectiveTo investigate rabbit’s lens culture in vitro and its growth so as to find out a simple and easy operational method.Methods40 lenses of 20 rabbits cultured in vitro were divided into 3 groups;three groups of lenses were observed seperately and anterior capsules were made into specimen of electron microscopy for the observation of the ultrastructure of rabbit lens epithelium.ResultsThree groups of lenses were clean and transparent and showed stronger growing characteristics.The transmission electron microscopy showed that rabbit lens epithelium were varied with different positions and cytoplasm has large amount of mitochondria and endoplasmic reticulum;the three groups of cells showed no clear distinction in their inner structions.ConclusionLens culture is simpler and easier than epithelial cell culture and it is more valuable for wide application.
