摘要 目的定量研究正常豚鼠视网膜神经节细胞(RGC)核和视网膜厚度。方法应用图像分析技术测量RGC核的平均体积和体密度、视网膜各层结构厚度。结果RGC核的平均体积为174μm3,按核体积分布直方图分成大、中、小3群,平均体积分别为363.5,185.3,80.0μm3,所占比例分别为20.9%,28.6%,49.5%;节细胞外界内层、内核内网层、光感受细胞层、视网膜全层的厚度分别为19.45,45.53,43.96,108.94μm。结论采用RGC核体积、体密度参数和视网膜各结构层厚度的测量是全面了解视网膜形态的敏感指标。 ObjectiveTo study the morphology,classify of retinal ganglion cells(RGCs) and thickness of retina in normal guinea pigs.MethodsThe eyeballs were obtained and incised by 4μm and 10μm,dyed by HE.The average volume,volume density of RGCs nucleus and thicknesses of different structure of retina were measured using biological stereology.ResultsThe RGCs of guinea pigs could be classified into three groups (large,middle and small groups) according to their nucleus volumes.The mean volumes were 363.5,185.3 and 80.0μm 3,and the ratio were 20.9%,28.6%,49.5%,respectively.The thickness between inner limiting membrane and RGC layer,inner plexiform layer and inner nuclear layer,between the outer plexiform and pigment epithelium,and total thickness of retina were 19.45,45.53,43.96 and 108.94μm,respectively.ConclusionThe parameter using average volume of RGCs and volume density was a sensitive index for explaining some pathological change in retinal and optic nerve diseases.
