摘要
目的比较IOL植入术中1%透明质酸钠(SH)和2%羟丙基甲基纤维素(HPMC)在房水中的残留量。方法将47例病人随机分为两组,应用SH组23例25眼,HPMC组24例26眼。用紫外分光光度仪测量计算IOL植入后注吸前及注吸2,5,8(SH组)或10ml(HPMC组)时房水中SH及HPMC的体积分数。结果SH组注吸前后不同的体积分数分别是65.5%,10.2%,2.19%及0.7%。HPMC组注吸前后不同的体积分数分别为47.56%,32.74%,13.93%及6.76%。结论在人工晶状体植入手术中,粘弹剂残留量在注吸清除的各个阶段,SH组明显比HPMC组低,与清除SH相比,房水中HPMC较难清除。
ObjectiveTo compare the residue of sodium hyaluronate (SH)1% with hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (HPMC)2% in aqueous humor in IOL implantation.MethodsFourty seven patients (51 eyes) undergoing IOL implantation were randomly divided into two groups.In one group including 23 patients (25 eyes)SH 1% was used as a tool in surgery.In the other group including 24 patients (26 eyes),HPMC 2% was used.The relative percentage concentration of SH and HPMC in aqueous homor was measured and calculated using an ultraviolet spectraphotometer before and after irrigation with balanced salt solution 2 ml,5 ml,and 8 ml in SH group or 10 ml in HPMC group.ResultsThe different relative percentage concentrations of SH before and after irrigation were 65.50%, 10.20% ,2.19% and 0.70% in the SH group.The relative percentage concentrations of HPMC were 47.56%,32.74%,13.93% and 6.76% in HPMC group.ConclusionThe residue of viscoelastic substances was much lower in SH group,compared to the HPMC group in any stages of irrigation.HPMC is more difficult to clear out from aqueous humor than SH.
