摘要
无论是在征收征用制度的概念问题上,还是在征收征用制度所涉及的权利保护问题上,我国法律都没有给予完善的规定或者解释,西方各国的物权征收征用制度已经有了近两百年的发展,从他们的制度当中,我们也许能得到有益的启迪。在我国,物权法已经使得征收征用变得有法可依。
About the concept and right protection,in the system of property exproperiation and requisition,our law doesn＇t give a perfect provision and explaination.Western countries have been practising the system nearly 200 years,in which we should start by the revelation.
