摘要
一味追求人性化管理,疏于制度的执行的偏颇做法必须予以重新审视。完善的管理制度在借阅室的日常管理中不可或缺,是管理流程中的重要一环,其他各项管理必须以此为依据,环环相扣,有序运作。
To pursuit humanistic management blindly,neglect of the implementation of the system,that must be re-examined.A sound management system is indispensable in the daily management of lending room,also is an important part in the management process,and as a basis for the other management,interlocking and operating orderly.
