Cellular and molecular basis for ocular immune privilege

眼的免疫赦免是一极其复杂和动态的免疫调节过程。这一机制是眼生物进化过程的一种生理适应，对于维持视觉器官的完整性、免受免疫性炎症反应的破坏，以及为眼组织移植提供适宜的微环境起着重要的作用。就眼免疫赦免和前房相关免疫偏离（ＡＣＡＩＤ）中的眼局部因素、维持眼免疫赦免的细胞和分子基础等问题进行了讨论。

cular immune privilege is a dynamic,physiological process that enables the eye to accept foreign tissue grafts in an unprecedented fashion.It is an evolutionary adaptation of the immune response designed to provide those types of immune protection for the eye that interfere with vision as possible.Thus,it plays an important role in maintaining the integrity of visual organs and protecting eyes from the impairment of immune reaction and providing the favourable enviroment for ocular tissue transplantation.The main objective of this paper is to review cellular and molecular factors in immune privilege and/or anterior chamber associated immune deviation(ACAID).
