病毒新滴眼液治疗单疱病毒性角膜炎的疗效观察

Clinical efficacy of Bing Du Xing Eye drops against herpes simplex virus keratitis and adenovirus conjunctivitis

猪胆汁提取物（病毒新滴眼液），通过体外细胞培养和动物实验表明该滴眼液具有抗病毒和抗炎作用。临床上我们通过双盲法对２３４例ＨＳＫ患者用病毒新滴眼液和无环鸟苷滴眼液治疗。治愈率分别是７５．４％和８２．３％。与病毒唑滴眼液共治疗ＥＫ１８５例，治愈率分别是８１．３％和８７．７％。说明病毒新滴眼液是一种有效的抗炎、抗病毒药物。

A pig bile extract Bing Du Xin Eye Drop has been proved to have marked effects on herpes simplex virus and adenovirus in our exoteric cytologic study and antiiflammatory and swell relieving experimental research in the treatment of herpes simplex keratitis (HSK) in animals clinically.We adoped the doubleblind method in the observations and comparison of the efficacy of Bing Du Xin Eye Drops.234 HSK patients were treated with Bing Du Xin and Aciclovir eye drops 185 cases with EKC (epidemic kerato conjunctivitis)were administered both Bing Du Xin and Ribavirin eye drops The creative rates were 75 4% and 82 3% in the first group and 81 3% and 87 7% in the second respectively.The results of this study showed that Bing Du Xin Eye Drops was a new effective antiinflammatory antivral drug.
