PRK及LASIK眼压读数修正值的研究

A Study of revised value of IOP readings after PRK & LASIK

目的：探讨ＰＲＫ及ＬＡＳＩＫ术后眼压下降与角膜厚度及角膜屈光力下降之间的相关性，并给出ＰＲＫ及ＬＡＳＩＫ术后眼压下降值的修正公式。方法：对接受ＰＲＫ及ＬＡＳＩＫ手术的２００只眼术前、术后的眼压进行检测，同时测量角膜厚度、角膜屈光力的变化，并应用统计学方法将角膜厚度下降和角膜屈光力下降两个因素对眼压下降值的影响做简单线性相关分析和多元线性相关分析。结果：所有病人手术６个月后角膜厚度、角膜屈光力及眼压读数明显低于术前，有显著性差异；角膜厚度下降和角膜屈光力下降两变量总和与眼压读数的下降值有显著相关；从偏相关系数值看，角膜厚度下降值和角膜屈光力下降值分别与眼压读数下降值有显著相关性，且角膜屈光力下降对眼压读数的下降的影响偏大一些。结论：ＰＲＫ及ＬＡＳＩＫ术后眼内压下降值与角膜厚度及角膜屈光力下降值呈线性相关；ＰＲＫ及ＬＡＳＩＫ术后真实眼压＝术后眼压读数＋（０．０２２４Ｘ１＋０．５７１Ｘ２＋０．３６６）。Ｘ１为角膜厚度下降值（ｕｍ），Ｘ２为角膜屈光力下降值（Ｄ）。

Object:Inquire into the correlationship between reduction in IOP readings and reduction in corneal thickness,corneal refractive power,give the revised formula of reduction in IOP readings after PRK & LASIK,Method:Reduction in IOP readings,corneal thickness,corneal thickness of 200 eyes that have under gone PRK or LASIK have being tested pre and post operatively,the effect of reduction in corneal thickness,corneal refractive power on reduction in IOP readings are analized by simple & multiple linear correlation analysis.Result:6 month after operation the corneal thickness,corneas refractive power and IOP readings of all the patients are all lower than before operation with significant difference.The total of reduction in corneal thickness and corneal refractive power is correlated markedly with IOP readings reduction.Both reduction in corneal thickness and reduction in corneal refractive power are correlated with reduction in IOP readings respectively.Reduction in corneal refractive power affect reduction in IOP readings much more than reduction in corneal thickness.Conclusion:reduction in corneal thickness and corneal refractive power affect reduction in IOP readings markedly after PRK & LASIK.Real IOP=IOP readings+(0 0224X 1+0 571X 2+0 366).X 1 is reduction in corneal thickness(μm),X 2 is reduction in corneal refractive power(D).
