摘要
房地产估价是高职院校房地产经营与估价专业的一门职业能力核心课程。国内学者对该课程的教学改革提出了不少好的建议和意见,但还缺乏全面、系统、可行的实践案例供参考。借鉴成果为本的教学理念,从房地产估价员职业能力培养出发,为该课程设计了12项可衡量、易评估的教学成果,并设计了配套的11种课程考核方式及6种教学方法,在实践中取得了显著的效果。
Real Estate Appraisal is a professional core course of real estate management and appraisal study in polytechnics.Chinese scholars have come up with many good suggestions and comments on the reform of the course,but there still lacks comprehensive,systematic,feasible and practical cases as reference.Based on the concept of OBE,as far as the professional training of real estate appraiser’s position was concerned,the teaching-team has designed 12 education outcomes which were measurable and easy to appraise.Besides,the team has also designed accordingly 11 assessment methods and 6 teaching methods.All of these achieved remarkable results in practice.
