震后特色乡镇重建规划研究

Research on reconstruction planning for feature countries and towns after earthquakes

分析了绵阳乡镇在汶川地震中受损严重的原因,并提出了相应的改进措施,以绵阳三台县新鲁镇灾后重建规划为例,阐明在灾后乡镇规划中应结合新农村建设理论,注重保护当地文化传统、体现建筑地域性,对打造特色乡镇提出了建议。

The paper analyzes the reasons for damages in towns and countries of Mianyang in Wenchuan earthquake,points out respective improvement measures,illustrates the new rural construction theory can be combined in the reconstruction planning for the towns and countries after the earthquake by taking the reconstruction planning for Xinlu town of Santai county in Mianyang as an example,and points out some suggestions for creating feature towns and countries,so as to emphasize on the protection of the local cultural tradition and embody the regional characteristics of the buildings.
