Discussion on the agent construction system implementing problem of government capital engineering

针对代建制应用过程中遇到的一些问题,分析了问题存在的原因,提出了解决问题的对策,指出代建制作为一种新型的项目管理模式,有其先进性及合理性,应进一步加快推广。

Aiming at some problems met in agent construction applied process,the problems reasons were analyzed,the countermeasures to resolve the problem were proposed,it pointed out that agent construction system as a new engineering management form,had its advancement and rationality,which should be further popularization.
