肾活检术后24h内患者舒适状况的调查及分析

Investigation and analysis on patients' comfort conditions in 24h after aspiration biopsy in kidney

目的调查肾活检术后患者24 h内的舒适状况。方法用Kolcaba简化舒适状况量表测评59例肾活检术后6 h1、2 h、24 h的舒适状况。结果肾活检术患者24 h内为中高度舒适,随着时间的延长舒适度逐渐提高;肾活检术后24 h内患者生理维度平均得分最低,有腰酸和疲倦感,对陪护的需求高。结论肾活检术后患者24 h内有腰酸和疲倦的生理不适,满足患者的陪护需求,可提高患者舒适度。

Objective To investigate patients＇ comfort conditions in 24 h after aspiration biopsy in kidney.Method Assess 59 patients＇ comfort conditions 6 h,12 h and 24 h after kidney aspiration biopsy by Kolcaba simplified comfort condition scale.Result Patients in 24 h after aspiration biopsy in kidney have medium and high comfort levels,which improve with the time.Patients＇ average score of physical dimensions in 24 h after aspiration biopsy is the lowest.They have soreness and tired out sense and need to be accompanied eagerly.Conclusion Patients in 24 h after aspiration biopsy in kidney have physical discomfort of soreness and tired out.Satisfy patients＇ accompany requirements can improve their comfort level.
