摘要
对新的计价模式下施工阶段造价控制方法进行了研究,运用过程控制原理控制各清单子目的完成情况,对现场签证及索赔管理进行了论述,提出了新模式下施工阶段造价控制新观点和方法,以期达到合理控制造价的目的。
Cost control method under new valuation mode in construction stage is studied.Utilizing process control principle the completion conditions of various project lists are introduced.Further discussion is also made on site visa and claims management.New options and methods are proposed for cost control in construction stage under new valuation mode in order to realize reasonable control of cost.
