摘要
针对预制后张拉法预应力箱梁的漏浆、冷缝、水纹、气孔、蜂窝麻面、鱼鳞纹等外观缺陷进行了原因分析,分别阐述了每种外观缺陷的解决方法和处理措施,以期指导实践,提高构件质量。
This paper analyzes the causes of appearance defects in plasma leakage, cold joints, watermarks, porosity, honeycomb, fish scale pattern of precasting post-tensioned prestressed box beam, and respectively describes the relevant processing solutions and measures to each appearance defect, so as to guide practice and improve quality of components.
