摘要
本文研究采用乙酰丙酮分光光度法测定燃香中甲醛的含量,对样品的不同前处理过程进行探讨。实验结果表明,最佳显色条件为80℃水浴5min,比色波长为413nm。当甲醛含量在0.2~20mg/L范围内时,该方法具有很好的线性关系(R=0.99956),最低检出浓度为0.0012mg/L。采用水蒸汽蒸馏法提取样品比用超声法处理样品的回收率高。该方法可用于燃香中甲醛的光度法检测。
A spectrophotometric method was developed for determination of formaldehyde in incense products using acetyle acetone,which could react with formaldehyde to form a yellowish green complex with a maximum absorption at 413 nm. The colorimetric parameters and the preprocessing of samples in the method were studied. Results showed that the optimal conditions were 5 min above 80℃. The method exhibited a linear response toward formaldehyde in the concentration range 0.2~ 20mg/L. The detection limit was 0.0012 mg/L. The recovery of steam distillation was much better than the ultrasonic vibration method.The results indicated that the proposed method could be applied to determinate formaldehyde in incense products.
