在阐述关联体育俱乐部概念的基础上,分析了关联体育俱乐部现象产生的原因和对这一现象进行规制的必要性,认为关联体育俱乐部的认定应当坚持举证责任倒置原则、公平原则、信息公开原则,从事前、事中和事后等角度对关联体育俱乐部现象进行规制。

On illustrating the concept of interrelated sports clubs,this paper analyzed reasons for the occurrence and thought it necessary to regulate these clubs by abiding by the principle of onus proof conversion,the principle of fairness,the principle of information publicity from three aspects of advance,going on,afterwards.
