摘要
在阐述行动研究及其内涵的基础上,探讨了行动研究在高校体育教师专业发展中的作用,指出教师应当通过树立"教师即研究者"理念,培养问题意识,采用灵活多样的研究方法、注重评价等手段,进一步促进专业发展,从而推动体育课程的健康发展。
Based on the connotation of behavior research,the paper explored the role of behavior research in career development of PE teachers at college,pointing out that teachers must set up the idea of "the teacher is the researcher",raise the challenging consciousness,use the various research techniques,and emphasize the appraisal,further promote their professional development,thus impetus the healthy development of sports curriculum.
