采用文献资料法、专家调查法、录像观察法、数理统计法等研究方法,通过对比分析中国队与对手在防守技术相关指标上的差异,找出了中国队防守上的不足,提出了提高防守能力的建议。

Using literature review,expert interview,video observation,mathematic and statistic method,this paper conducted a comparative analysis to find out difference between Chinese Team and their foreign opponents in defensive technique,followed by advice.
