解郁活血汤合路优泰治疗缺血性卒中后抑郁88例疗效观察

Clinical observation on 88 cases of post-stroke depression treated by Jieyu Huoxue Decoction combined with Luyoutai

目的:观察解郁活血汤合路优泰治疗缺血性卒中后抑郁临床疗效。方法:88例缺血性卒中后抑郁患者随机分为两组,分别给予路优泰及解郁活血汤合路优泰治疗60d。结果:两组治疗后的抑郁症状疗效比较,治疗组总有效率86.4%,对照组总有效率65.9%,差异有非常显著性意义(P<0.01);汉密尔顿抑郁量表及神经功能缺损评分显示治疗组明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:解郁活血汤合路优泰治疗缺血性卒中后抑郁疗效显著,且安全性高,依从性好。

Objective： To observe Jieyu Huoxue Decoction combined with Luyoutai in treating depression after ischemic stroke. Methods： 88 Cases of depression after ischemic stroke were randomly divided into two groups, and were given Luyoutai group and Jieyu Huoxue Decoction combined with Luyoutai respectively for 60 days. Results： After treatment, for the depressive symptoms, the total effective rate in treatment group was 86.4%, and the control group was 65.9%, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.01）; Hamilton Depression Scale and nerve function defects in the treatment group score was superior to the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The effect of Jieyu Huoxue Decoction combined with Luyoutai on depression after ischemic stroke was efficacious, safe, and better.
