新社会阶层理论是对马克思主义阶级分析理论的继承和发展。在发掘马克思主义阶级分析理论价值的基础上,以与时俱进的科学界定标准对新社会阶层理论进行分析,以求实现当代马克思主义阶级分析理论的现代转型。从实践意义的角度观察,新社会阶层理论不仅符合社会转型的客观实际与基本趋向,满足了现代化建设实践的需要,而且能够合理引导新时期各阶层的利益博弈,促进社会和谐发展。因此,作为新社会阶层理论不单是对改革开放以来出现的新社会阶层科学的一种科学界定和评价,同时也是新时期统一战线工作的重要指导。

The theory of new social classes is the inheritance and development of Marxist theory of class analysis.This paper fully taps the latter＇s contemporary values,and adopts a scientific criterion to define and analyze the former to achieve the modern transformation of the Marxist theory of class analysis.In terms of its practical values,the theory under discussion is not only consistent with the reality and trend of social transformation,and the needs of modern construction,but it can also direct the interests of different sectors in the new era to promote the construction of a harmonious society.Therefore,the theory of new social classes is not only a scientific definition and appraisal of the new classes since China＇s reform and opening-up,but it is also an important guide for the united front work in the new era.
