摘要
在对湖北省内大学生"村官"任职现状进行调研的基础上,对大学生"村官"到村任职的现实意义以及大学生"村官"计划实施中存在的问题及原因进行深入分析。提出大学生"村官"应首先从自身入手,积极转变观念,提升才干,同时当地政府应为大学生"村官"创造良好的工作、学习和生活环境,并建立健全大学生"村官"任用、管理和选拔的长效机制。
Through an in-depth investigation on the status quo of college student "village leaders"(CSVL)) in Hubei Province,this paper summarizes the practical significance of such a policy,and proceeds to analyze the problems therein and the reasons for them.On such a basis,it holds that the CSVLs should renew their minds,work in a down-to-earth way and improve their abilities.On the other hand,local governments should try to provide for them a good working,studying and living environment,and set a long-term effective mechanism for the appointment,management and selection of CSVLs.
