Development of High Count Blended Yarn with Bamboo Charcoal Fiber/Modal Fiber/Cotton Fiber

主要介绍了竹炭纤维、Modal纤维和新疆长绒棉的特性,通过对纺纱工艺流程、工艺配置、主要工艺参数的技术探索,开发出既能充分体现竹炭纤维混纺纱的功能性特点,又适应当今社会发展要求的自然健康环保型纱线。

The characteristics of bamboo charcoal fiber, modal fiber and long-staple cotton coming from xinjiang was introduced in this article. Through the technology exploration about spinning process, process configuration and main technical parameters, we developed the natural health and environmental protection yarn which not only fully reflect the functional characteristics of bamboo charcoal fiber blended yarn but meet the development requirements of today＇s society.
