高职特色校园文化建设是基于学生的职业发展和职业素质的全面提高。高职院校党组织是特色校园文化建设的先锋队、火炬手和创新推进者。党组织在特色校园文化建设中必须有更自觉的担当、更重大的责任和使命,引导广大学生转变观念,转换学习模式,在新的人才培养模式及其教学模式中,使学生身心健康快乐地成长,也使自身增强了活力。

Characteristic campus culture development of higher vocational colleges aims to comprehensively promote students′ qualifications for future career and their future career development.It is pioneered,guided and advanced innovatively by the party organization of higher vocational colleges,which is supposed to take charge of the mission more initiatively and more responsibly,so that students of higher vocational colleges can orient their values and improve their learning model.The constructive work of the party organization contributes to the healthy development of students′ minds and bodies which they tend to enjoy in the reformation of teaching and talents cultivation.In turn,this work will futher invigorate the party organization itself.
