摘要
目的:研究高原成人颈动脉体(CB)内电子致密核心囊泡(EDCV)的体视学变化。方法:利用电镜观察11例高原成人和5例平原成人的CB超微结构,并用Weibel建立的正方测试格点计数法对EDCV进行体视学研究。结果:高原成人CB内EDCV的体密度(Vv)、面密度(Sv)、面数密度(NA)和数密度(Nv)均明显高于平原组(P<001),比表面(δ)无明显差异(P>005)。结论:高原成人颈动脉体内EDCV数量增多,大小无明显改变。
AIM:To Study the change of electron dense-cord vesicles (EDCV) on stereology of carotid bodies in adults on altitudes. METHODS:The ultrastructure of carotid bodies was examined by electron microscope in 11 subjects living on altitudes and 5 subjects at sea level. Sterology of EDCV was observed with Weibel's point counting method. RESULTS:Volume density (Vv), surface density (Sv),numberical density on area (N A) and numberical density (Nv) of EDCV on altitudes group were higher than those in control ( P <0.01), but no difference in specific surface (δ) ( P >0.05). CONCLUSION:The number of EDCV in carotid bodies is greater in altitudes adults, but the changes of size are not remarkable.
