摘要
总结8例外阴癌病人术前、术后的护理,认为术前加强病人的心理疏导,做好外阴以及肠道的准备工作,术后密切观察病人病情的变化,做好创口及会阴部的护理,保持引流的通畅,能有效地确保病人的治疗效果,提高病人的生活质量。
It summarized the nursing care of 8patients with vulvar cancer before and after the operation.It put forward that to strengthen patients＇preoperative psychological counseling,to do vulvar and bowel preparation well and to observe the changes of patients＇illness condition,to do good wound and perineum nursing care,and to keep the drainage unobstructed can effec-tively ensure therapeutic effect of patients and enhance the quality of life of patients.
